This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, motivated and dedicated HR professional, who will be able to lead, shape and develop all aspects of HR practice in this new role at the Diocese of Norwich Education Services Company (DoNESC).

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders, and will have significant experience of working at a senior level within HR. As the lead HR professional with responsibility for all strategic and operational aspects of HR and payroll service delivery, you will be level 7 CIPD qualified and have demonstrable breadth and depth of experience and knowledge relevant to HR in Education, with the ability to secure compliance and manage risk.
Utilising your excellent interpersonal skills you will manage and develop a team of advisers, administrators and payroll specialists, ensure the successful implementation of a HR and payroll Service Level Agreement, and will work collaboratively with executive colleagues to develop and embed DoNESC’s People Strategy, along with organisational cultures and employment environments in line with our Christian ethos.
