Harvest Festival Celebrated by Beacon Federation Schools

Both Beacon Federation schools—Dickleburgh Primary and Garboldisham Primary—have recently taken part in Harvest services.
It was lovely to have Revd Carl and Revd Josh leading these for us in school. Food donations have been taken to the Waveney Foodbank, who have sent messages of thanks to both schools.
Following our service at Dickleburgh Primary, one little boy in Year 3, Albert, saw a homeless man in Norwich whilst having lunch with his parents. He told his parents about the Harvest service and said he wanted to keep his apple for the man and asked if they could buy him a sandwich and a drink. Mum and Dad are understandably very proud of Albert, and so are we!
